For any frequent flyers out there - what are your best ways to prevent or get over jet lag as soon as possible?
I find that it normally takes me 3 days to feel normal again after flying east for 16 hours. I don't have any super cures - I just try my hardest to stay up to adjust to the new time zone.
If I wake up in the middle of the night - I try to do something rather than just lying there - eg watch a film, write an email.
Also - If I wake up too early - eg 4am - I use jetlag to my advantage to get up at first light and go and see the city waking up.
How do you deal with it?
